CUSTOM & SPECIAL DESIGN

The Prima Home window is an aesthetic and ecological product which can be made in various shapes such as: rectangle, circle, trapezium, arch and lots of others. In our offer there are some profiles that can be adjusted to different tastes – even the most original ones.

We have also prepared a range of extra options for our customers which will improve the appearance of the windows and the comfort of using them. Our offer includes grilles, in stick-on, fasten-on and internal versions. Grilles are a part of the window, which can be arranged in any way. It is the customer who decides how many sections the window is to be divided into, and in what proportions. Grilles are available in many colors and thicknesses, and in the most popular version, which are thin and gold. The use of grilles allows a building to achieve an interesting external appearance, and are perfectly suited to manor-style houses.

We also offer decorative slats on posts for double doors, door frames adjusted to the height of the wall, internal and external band strips as elements to vary the appearance of wooden windows.

Our offer also includes exceptionally practical sliding and lift-and-slide patio doors. These are weather tight products, durable and above all comfortable to use. Sliding doors are particularly well suited to broad terrace windows. They let in the right amount of light and are easy to open - because the door slides, no extra space is needed beside the window.  Sliding doors are also highly stable, even strong winds will not damage them if they are open.

Below we present the types of patio doors produced at our factory:

Patio doors with wooden threshold

Patio doors with aluminum threshold

Lift-and-slide patio doors

Tilt and slide patio doors

Concertina patio doors

Inward opening patio doors using wooden thresholds:

Patio doors with wooden threshold are available in the following forms:

Single patio doors
Double patio doors
Triple patio doors
Quadruple patio doors and larger

Patio doors made of two or more sections can be designed in several ways. Below are some examples:

Double patio doors using a movable post. After opening the two sides, the space is not divided by the post. In this case, the main opening sash is opened by means of a latch, while the folding sash is opened using a grip which is only accessible after the basic sash is opened. It is possible in the non-standard solution to use a latch in the folding sash instead of a handle.
Double patio doors using a fixed post. After opening the two sashes, the space is divided by the post. In this case, both sashes are main opening sashes, in other words they open independently of one another.
Double patio doors using a fixed post with one non-opening sash (a sash permanently fixed without fittings acts as a side fanlight).
Single patio doors with non-opening windows attached (separate frame with pane, no sash). Window without attachments to even the height of panes in both sections.
Single patio doors with non-opening windows attached (separate frame with pane, no sash). Window with attachments to even the height of panes in both sections.

All patio doors or windows can be fitted with a cross-bar at any height.

If the door is directly by the window, the cross-bar is usually mounted at such a height that the panes in the window and the upper part of the patio are of the same height.

It is also possible to use two types of paneling in patio doors.

The paneling presented below can be trimmed in various ways, and may take the form of horizontal, vertical or diagonal slats. We also realize individual ideas.

Space, comfort and amazing lightness of use.

Lift and slide doors probably represent the most advanced technology for sliding sashes with a very large surface and weight by using the minimum of force. Lift and slide doors allow very large glazed surfaces to be used. An individual moving sash can be up to 3000 mm in width.

Wherever a panoramic view and comfortable connection between interior and terrace is important, lift and slide doors are a must.

Three versions of the lift and slide door with increasingly high heat insulation parameters enable them to be used in all climate zones.

See how it works.

The following are the different ways in which the doors can be opened:

Lift and slide doors can be fitted with a key locking insert, making it possible to open and close them from the outside. Below are the possible combinations of latches and pulls.

Roto concertina sliding door fitting systems

The Patio 6080 concertina sliding door fitting system elegantly links rooms to the outside. After opening, all the parts of the door can be conveniently slid aside to form a concertina.

Whether it is a winter garden, terrace, conference hall or shop window: Patio 6080 forms an exceptionally broad passage in light of the opening. What is more, there is no obstructive threshold thanks to the low threshold solution for the home. The increases the comfort of the home, for example for families with small children, and makes homes and other facilities more functional for people with disabilities.

The version with a tilt and swing sash independent of the line of the concertina provides optimum airing of rooms without the need to open up the entire concertina. In everyday use, the tilt and swing sash plays the role of a classic patio door with all the relevant benefits.

The following are the different ways in which the doors can be opened:

Each may be made as a mirror image.

Large inward opening window sashes take up an unnecessarily large amount of space in a room. Computers standing directly by the window need to be moved aside often. Furniture and decorations make trouble-free opening and closing of the windows impossible. In the Patio tilt and slide system, these problems simply do not exist. Large and small windows and patio doors can be tilted and slid gently and conveniently, with one hand, by setting the latch in the appropriate position.

There is a choice of the tilt and slide fitting structure Patio S in the standard version or Patio Z with a central fitting control. The difference between these two systems lies in the use of mechanisms making it easier to open and shut patios, and in the maximum possible sash width.

Patio S enable a sash to be used with a maximum width of around 1700 mm, while Patio Z increases this possibility to 2000 mm. The standard solution S requires that the user pushes the sash home when closing and gives it a pull when opening. Patio Z largely opens and closes itself when the latch is moved, thanks to extra fittings installed.

See how it works:

Sample solutions for tilt and slide doors:

Tilt and slide door with one section immobile, the left sash slides onto the right sash.
Tilt and slide door with one sliding section and one swinging section. The left sash slides onto the swinging right sash.
Three section tilt and slide door. The side section slides onto the non-opening middle section.
Four section tilt and slide door. The lift and slide middle sashes slide onto the swinging side sashes.

An element visible on the window, combining appearance, quality and comfortable use. Roto guarantees high quality products made according to RAL standards, and long lasting functionality.

Types of ROTO latches

Roto Line Standard

Roto Line latches, with their simple harmonious lines, are some of the most attractive classic designs.

RotoLine Secustik

This is a particularly fine-looking piece of anti-burglary protection, as there are no additional elements visible on the window. A special mechanism prevents attempts to force the window from outside by sliding the fitting along both sides. This solution requires no key or button which would interrupt the stylistic flow of the latch, and in this regard it matches the other Roto Line.  This allows you to maintain a uniform appearance of all the latches in your home, regardless of the chosen security.

Roto with key

The Roto with a key makes it impossible to open the window without the right key. This is a very desirable solution in the event that you do not wish a given window to be opened by unauthorized persons. A latch with a key also makes it impossible for the window to be opened from the outside by unscrewing and removing the fitting.

Roto with button

This latch has the same function as the Roto Secustic. The Roto latch with a button requires the button to be pressed too in order to open the window.

Roto Line Tilt Fix

The Roto Line Tilt Fix latch has been designed with children's safety in mind. This latch firstly (by turning it 90 degrees) allows the window to be only tilted, while opening the window involves the necessity to use the key which should be in the possession of an adult.

Grilles are decorative (sometimes also having a structural function) wooden or aluminum slats dividing window sashes into the appropriate number of sections required by the customer.

In many cases the use of grill is essential, as they give a building a unique character and allow the divisions in the windows of older structures to be retained.

Grilles are widely used, particularly in residential buildings:

  • new buildings - often used for their aesthetic value, they form divisions in a window which make the architecture of the building more attractive and give it the right character
  • renovation of old buildings - grilles are an excellent way to retain the small divisions of old windows.

Discover the different types of grilles we have on offer:

STRUCTURAL GRILL

VIENNESE GRILL
(DUPLEX)

STICK-ON GRILL

FASTENED GRILL

INTERNAL GRILL

An exceptionally decorative element.

Using a grill of this kind means installing as many separate pane sets as sections the sash has been divided into, i.e. every section is a separate pane.

Because of the width of structural grill, we have to deal with a limited amount of light reaching the interior of the room.

We suggest the following types of structural grilles:

STRUCTURAL GRILL

57 mm - standard profile

The structural grilles we offer come in the following widths: 97 mm, 74 mm, 57 mm, and 46 mm.

STRUCTURAL GRILL

There is one pane set in the sash divided inside by an aluminum frame (similar to a distance frame).

Wooden slats are fitted to both sides of the pane set. A Viennese grilles creates the impression of separate sets of panes.

It is narrower compared to a structural grilles and increases the amount of light entering a room.

We suggest the following types of Viennese grilles:

Model 01
Model 02
Model 03

There is one pane set in the sash (one undivided sash).

Wooden slats are fitted to both sides of this set, while there are no grilles inside the panes.

It is narrower compared to a structural grill and increases the amount of light entering a room.

We suggest the following types of stick-on grill:

FASTENED GRILLES

model 01

FASTENED MUNTIN BARS

model 02

Sample constructions of fastened grilles:

There is one pane set in the sash divided inside by an aluminum grilles with a width of 8, 18, 26 or 45 mm.

The grilles is installed when the pane set is being bonded and is inaccessible for air, dust and dampness. It is very convenient to use, as it does not require cleaning, maintenance, etc. The wide range of internal grilles allows them to be matched to almost every color or type of window.

They can be formed into a variety of shapes - arches, circles, connections at different angles. The two-tone version, i.e. different colors on each side, includes grilles of only two widths - 19 and 26 mm. (Two-tone grilles are used, for example, with windows of two colors where the outside of the window matches the façade, e.g. white and outside a color with the wood structure visible).

INTERNAL GRILLES

8mm gold

We suggest the following types of internal grilles: (as well as the colors presented below, grilles are also available painted in the colors of the RAL palette)

We produce high quality wooden windows, which offer great aesthetic qualities and fulfil their usage functions perfectly, meaning they have met with recognition from even the most demanding of customers.

The secret of our wooden windows' high quality lies in the selection of the right raw materials. When manufacturing windows, we use exclusively premium grade wood without such imperfections as knots, blue stain or threading. Years of experience have resulted in the development of tested and efficient production technology. We apply the technique of longitudinal and layered gluing, which means our windows are stable and resistant to all types of warping. We paint them three times using water paints and an impregnated undercoat. This helps achieve resistance to even the most difficult atmospheric conditions, including major temperature changes. We monitor the wooden windows at every production stage. We take care to ensure that only top quality products reach our customers.

Another advantage of wooden windows is that they are easy to maintain and clean. It is easy to repair any damage. Minor scratches can be easily filled in and painted over without leaving any trace. A benefit of using wood as the main raw material is that any shape can be formed from it. Therefore it is no problem to produce the now-fashionable arched, trapezoidal or bay windows. They are also perfectly suited to older buildings, for example historic tenements.

Wooden windows mean prestige, too. Their exceptional appearance means that they are considered an exclusive product. The fact that such windows are also pleasant to the touch is also significant for many people.

Wooden windows guarantee warm rooms

There is more to our wooden windows than aesthetics and convenience, they are also a way to prevent heat loss. In our windows, we use 4+16+4+argon glazing units with a thermal conductivity coefficient of k≤1.1 Wlm²K, which boast an optimum level of airtightness. These glazing units have another advantage, as they protect rooms against noise from outside. The high airtightness of wooden windows means that every customer can save on heating costs.

The aesthetics of wooden windows

We have also prepared a range of extra options for our customers which will improve the appearance of the windows and the comfort of using them. Our offer includes grills, in stick-on, fasten-on and internal versions. Grills are a part of the window, which can be arranged in any way.
